Our Teen Art Course is for teenagers who are interested in art and would like to develop the foundamentals of art. Our teen art class cover a variety of topics and subjects based on the students interest or specific. Each student will be working on their unique projects suited for their previous art experience and level with one-to-one instruction. From beginner to intermediate to experienced, any and all levels are welcome to join.

Class include: 

Sketch:

1,Basic drawing techniques: learning how to use lines, shapes, and forms to represent objects.

 2, shading and light: Understanding how light affects objects and how to create depth and dimension through shading techniques like hatching and stippling.

​

3, proportion and perspective: Teaching the basic of proportion, scale and perspective to give sketches a realistic sense of space and dimension.

 

4, Materials and Tools: Introduction to different sketching tools like pencils erasers, and sketchbooks, as well as how to handle them.

 

5, Observation skills and composition

Painting:

1,Practice different types of paints( acrylics, oils, watercolors, gouache) and their  characteristics

5, Shading and Lighting

6, Styles and Approaches: Exploring different painting styles, such as realism, impressionism, abstract and expressionism. Encouraging students to build their personal style.

7, Subject Matter: Try different subjects such as landscapes, portraits, still life, abstract  compositions. Specific themes or genres.
